- Through our regular “In-House” newsletter
- Our ‘Team Helena’ member’s guide
- Through regular team meetings or training hours
- Via the notice board in your workplace
- Through an induction day you will be invited to shortly after starting work
- Through regular one to one meetings with your manager
- By a review of your performance and development with your manager each year
- Via Partnership Forum Meetings and your trade union representative
- By the Chief Executive who will meet with you and your colleagues twice a year to keep you updated and listen to your views
- An annual staff conference to keep you updated and give you the chance to meet people from other teams

What do I need to do?
Effective communications is a two way street. Here’s how you can help…
- Take time to read or listen to the information you are given
- Ask questions is you don’t understand
- Tell your manager if you are concerned about anything you are told
- Give feedback about what you have read or heard to your manager or the Communications team
- Look for ways to find out more information yourself
- Help the Communications team know about good news in your area
- Spread the good news about Helena Housing to your customers, your family and your friends
