Online repair reporting service

Welcome to our online repair reporting service. By working through a series of simple pictures you can tell us the type of repair that is needed. This means we can send the right person out first time with the tools and materials they need to carry out the repair.

To start the service you need to follow the link at the bottom of this page. Make sure you read the information below before you continue to report your repair as this page explains what you need to do.

When you click on the link at the end of this page you will be taken to a page where a window will open that contains a series of pictures. Click on the picture that shows where your repair is, for example is it in your bathroom, living room etc (see below).

Following this, you continue working through the pictures and simple drop down menus that appear until you have identified the exact repair you are reporting. You then click the ‘make report’ button. At this point you can report another repair if you have one.

If you can’t find the option you are looking for then either:

  • Click on the link called ‘Can’t find the problem you want to report?’
  • Click here to email us
  • Ring One Call on 01744 637383.

A list of all the repairs you have entered will appear at the end. You can delete any repair at this point. If you are happy with the information that appears click ‘continue & send report’.

Important!

Once you have identified the type of repair that is needed it is important that you finish off your report by telling us who you are and where you live. Until you have completed this information then we won’t be able to log your repair or make arrangements for somebody to complete the repair. Once you press SEND then your repair has been submitted. A message will appear on your screen telling you that we have received your repair. We will get back in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for us to carry out the work.

Select a date and time

At the end of this form you have the option of selecting which day and/or time somebody is most likely to be at home. Wherever possible we will try to contact you and carry out your repair on a day and at a time that suits you. We have just introduced longer working hours for our repairs staff and hope we will be able to agree a repair appointment that is convenient to you.

One Call is open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If you have an emergency repair then call One Call and our emergency, out of hours team will answer your call.

Please note that although there is the option to choose appointments for Saturday and Sunday, we do not currently offer weekend appointments.
