Getting help if you are homeless...

Homeless services in St Helens are run by St Helens Council’s Housing Options & Advice Centre.

If you are homeless, or threatened with homelessness you should contact the service to arrange an appointment with a housing advisor. Sometimes arrangements can be made to talk to you at home. In order to help you the advisor will need to know where you have been living, your reasons for leaving and some other details to help them decide how best to help you.

Anyone can ask for help and advice about finding somewhere to live and the Housing Options & Advice Team will make enquires so that they can provide you with the best advice for your particular circumstances.
