Four Acre is a mixture of larger two, three, four and five bed houses, including a number of bungalows and one and two bed flats. Built in the 1960’s it includes Pollitt Crescent and Pendlebury Street
New Street is an estate that underwent major refurbishment in 1996. Properties range from one bed flats to four bed houses. The area has several local schools and excellent transport links including rail and bus.
