  • Queens Drive consists of traditionally built two, three and four-bed houses. There is also a complex of sheltered properties.
  • Common Road is a popular estate in Earlestown. It has a thriving shopping centre and a market which is held 2 days a week. The properties are mainly traditional two and three bed, semi-detached houses with a small number of bungalows and flats. There is also a sheltered housing scheme consisting of 51 bungalows.
  • Brunswick Road consists properties were mostly built in the 1970s and consist of open plan houses and flats. This area is convenient for schools and Earlestown town centre.

The estate is convenient for primary and secondary schools and there is a main bus route close to the estate. The railway station is less than half a mile away.
  • Wargrave South was built in several phases between 1921 and 1935 the properties are a mixture of two and three bed, traditional semi-detached houses. The estate is close to local primary and secondary schools. There is a small parade of shops adjacent to the estate. Earlestown is approximately a ten minute walk away and there is a main bus route close by. Newton le Willows train station is approximately half a mile from the estate. There is also a community centre which provides a variety of recreational and educational classes.
  • Bradlegh Road is a modern open plan estate built in the 1970s. There are one, two and three bed houses. one and two bed flats and one and two bed bungalows. The estate also consists of Kenilworth Gardens which was built in 1948.
  • High Street is a small area of mixed housing, mainly pre-war terraced houses.
  • Catherine Way consists of properties built in the 1960s. The estate is an open plan estate of three bed houses and one and two bed flats. There is a bus service to Earlestown, Newton and St Helens. The station is approximately one mile away. Also in close proximity is the Sankey Valley where pleasant walks can be enjoyed.
