About our homes...

With 13,000 rented homes, we are the biggest social landlord in St Helens, Merseyside. We are here to provide homes and neighbourhoods that people want to live in at a price they can afford, and by 2009 we aim to spend £270 million on an ambitious modernisation programme. The type of homes we offer ranges from the traditional family semis to more specialist bungalows specifically designed for older people.
