As the largest social landlord in St Helens, we have a vital role to play in making sure our estates are viable in the future. We listen carefully to the concerns of our tenants and look to address local issues through our dedicated neighbourhood teams. We are tackling things like neighbour nuisance and environmental concerns like parking problems. We are also working closely with our partners, including tenants and residents groups on our estates, to promote health and employment issues and provide wider opportunities for young people.
