Our partners...
Partnership working is central to the day to day operations of Helena Housing. We regularly work with around thirty organisations in order that we can give current and future tenants advice and support, create job and training opportunities and improve the facilities and look of St Helens, particularly around our estates. One of the best examples of partnership in practice is our relationship with the Police who chose our local neighbourhood office in Moss Bank as the base for a Police Access Point.
Partnerships are also important to the way we work with our partner contractors who carry out the modernisation and maintenance of our homes and estates. Our strength in this area was awarded last autumn when Helena Housing, won a coveted iN business for neighbourhoods award in the category, Partner of the Year, for work carried out with Mansell.
