Neighbourhood management structure...
Our office network consists of six offices positioned throughout the borough and situated on our estates. They are based in the following areas:
- Derbyshire Hill
- Duke Street
- Moss Bank
- Newton
- Sutton
- Thatto Heath
Overseeing our neighbourhoods is the Director of Neighbourhoods, Liz Haworth, who is served by Nora Wade, Head of Neighbourhood Services.
Our six offices are split into two areas - North (Duke Street, Moss Bank and Newton) and South (Derbyshire Hill, Sutton and Thatto heath). Both of these areas are overseen by an Area Manager.
Each of our six offices is controlled by a Neighbourhood Manager who co-ordinates a team of Neighbourhood Officers and Assistants. Each Neighbourhood Officer is assigned an area of focus and they are responsible for dealing with all the issues in that area.

Helen Reddington is the Area Manager South.
Neighbourhood Managers at the Derbyshire Hill office are Janet Ruse and Diane Kelly. Melanie Vizard is the Assistant Manager. The Neighbourhood Officers are Jacqui Evans, Nicola Knockton, John Thomson, Kevin Waring, Liz Mason, Louise Yates and Paula Ashworth. The Neighbourhood Assistants are Sue Pye and Marie Markham.
Neighbourhood Manager at the Sutton office is Neil Fairhurst. Susan Pickavance is the Assistant Manager. The Neighbourhood Officers are Jennifer Morris, Lisa Bennison, Maureen Wilson and Sharon Williams. The Neighbourhood Assistants are Donna Gordon and Joanne Dawson.
Neighbourhood Manager at the Thatto Heath office is Paul Smith. Lucia Forber is the Assistant Manager. The Neighbourhood Officers are Allan Worthington, Anne Whittle, Helen Molyneux, Nicola Boardman and Paul Reddington. The Neighbourhood Assistants are Lisa Innelli and Carol Brougham.
