Our second Corporate Plan sets out our priorities for the coming three years, our vision for the future as well as the values that we aspire to.
The plan is split into three sections. The first, Building on Success, outlines our plans to grow our business and take advantage of opportunities to ensure the continued success of our company.
The second section outlines our Plan for Neighbourhoods, setting out how we will continue to deliver our promise of quality homes, quality services and quality communities. This section includes the key outcomes that we aim to deliver and outcomes that have a positive impact on the daily lives of our tenants. The third section, Firm Foundations, sets out how we will manage challenges and risks in order to ensure we are well managed, well governed and viable.
The corporate plan is intended to be a high level summary of the various plans, strategies and policies that exist within the company including our financial plan and aspirations, our risk management framework and the operational plans which identify the detailed tasks and targets that will contribute to the overall achievement of our aims.
